The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Hazia from the North, at the Hazia from the North website.
By using www.haziafromthenorth.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.
Please make sure you have readand understood the Terms before placing your order.

Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, with a residential address in a country listed below can place an order.
The inclusion of any products or services www.haziafromthenorth.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any information or question, to follow orders, to exercise the right to cancel or return an order,
the Customer must contact our customer service by email or via CONTACT form in this website.

PRICES
The prices displayed at www.haziafromthenorth.com include the statutory Spanish Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
Seasonal offers and special sales could carry an offer of ‘Free delivery’ service.
These offers could not be available for all the destinations and the terms will be clearly exposed on the website or corporate mailing.
We reserve the right to apply these offers or not to some of the destinations and you will be informed during the checkout process.
The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.
If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
PURCHASE PROCESS
Once you have completed the purchase, Hazia from the North will immediately confirm that the order has been accepted via a link where you can download the
confirmation/receipt of the order.
We also automatically send you an email to the account you have provided us.
In any case, we will issue you an order tracking number that you can access from your registration zone.
The total price clearly states the price of the item, VAT and the shipping costs.
Regarding ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT, we indicate that we accept both PayPal and of course Credit Card.
If you decide to use the PayPal option, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your order.
If you choose the credit card option, the credit card company’s payment gateway will confirm if the payment can
be processed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If delivery of an Item does not match the Customer´s Order or has a transport-related defect, the Customer may return said Item following
the procedure set out below and accessible on the Site. In this case, returns by post are completely free of charge.

If you want to return an item and receive a reimbursement:
. go to the “SHIPPING AND RETURNS” Section at our website and read carefully the instructions to return an Item.
. download and fill the "RETURN FORM"
. after having filled it in, please, send it to hello@haziafromthenorth.com with the order number on the subject.
. we will arrange the pick-up and send you an email with the day that the courier will pick up the package.
. before the pick-up, remember to affix the shipping label you will receive by email to the package.
Once the returned Items are verified, Hazia from the North commits to issue a refund to the Customer as soon as possible and no later than five (5) calendar days following the date of validation of the return to the Customer´s bank account or payment account used to pay for the Items.
if you want to exchange an item due to a damaged product:
. go to the “SHIPPING AND RETURNS” Section at our website and read carefully the instructions to make the product exchange.
. download and fill the "EXCHANGE FORM".
. after having filled it in, please, send it to hello@haziafromthenorth.com with the order number on the subject.
. we will arrange the pick-up and send you an email with the day that the courier will pick up the package.
. before the pick-up; remember to affix the shipping label you will receive by email to the package.
. as soon as we receive the package, we will start with the procedures of the product exchange and send you back a new one.

Once the returned Items are verified, Hazia from the North commits to issue a refund to the Customer as soon as possible
and no later than five (5) business days following the date of validation of the return to the Customer´s bank account
or payment account used to pay for the Items.
The Customer shall receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
The Customer may access information on the return of his/her parcel in the "MY ORDERS" section of his/her customer area.

The items must be returned properly protected in their original packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged packaging)
and in a resalable condition (undamaged, unused and unsoiled by the Customer).
Any non-compliant return shall be rejected and Hazia from the North will be released from any liability.

RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN AN ORDER
We hope you like our products but if you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to make you happy!
Therefore, we offer our clients a full refund (shipping cost excluded) on new and unused items.
In accordance with national and European consumer protection laws, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Order to exercise his/her right to cancel and return an order without having to give any reasons or incurring penalties, except any appropriate return costs.
The right to cancel and return is only valid for purchases from www.haziafromthenorth.com. If the product has been purchased from an authorized
retailer, it is necessary to return it to the retailer itself. The refund policy is not applicable to offers or items bought as part of a package.
In order to be able to return an item and receive a reimbursement:
. go to the “SHIPPING AND RETURNS” Section at our website and read carefully the instructions to make the cancel of your order.
. download and fill the "CANCELLATION FORM".
. after having filled it in, please, send it to hello@haziafromthenorth.com with the order number on the subject.
. send the items properly protected in their original packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged packaging)
and in a resalable condition (undamaged, unused and unsoiled by the Customer) to the address in Aix en Provence that will be sent to you by email.

Once the return is validated, Hazia from the North will reimburse the Customer the full amount paid for the Order,
excluding shipping costs, to the Customer´s bank account used for payment of items, as soon as possible
and no later than 30 days after the date on which this right has been exercised.
In terms of the right to retraction, the fees and risks related to the return are the responsibility of the Customer.
